i am a lucky man cuz i can sleep well every nite few year. i have done from expert told me.every nite i never dreamed about everything.i just close my eyes n sleep well till morning.
u cant slept well cuz u was dreamed all time? expert said dream from every thing ur thinking at day much more.brain will think continues wen we r sleeping. so if u wanna sleep well u must make ur brain happy n try forget everything in brain before sleeping. u can watch tv or listening to music n do everything easy without use ur brain.
Oh,sorry to hear that as well and just hoping u're doing ok now.Yeah,pretty much I've always dreamed about spending my vacation any time soon over there.And thanks for ur kindness.At least I could feel the fun already from u what u said that If I would go I wouldn't be roaming alone and bored.Pretty cool though !!!
How's everything with u over there?? Got school this summer?? For me,I don't but just working only.Nothing else and that's about it. A lil bit stressful and hoping to take some vacation soon to other State esp,to Massachusetts.Bcos I heard lots of people saying it's really nice out there.But I don't know if u would welcome me or not......
